We are an information technology recruiting company. Founded in April of 2007 in New York City, we also have offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and opened our 4th office in Boston in June 2012. Due to our growth, we are looking for several Relationship Managers to work in all 4 of our offices.
When starting Talener Group, we made it our mission statement to perpetuate the growth and development of our internal staff, while actively striving to revolutionize the way information technology recruiting works: both for our clients and for our candidates. We have a talented group of associates and managers with over 15 years of experience.
Talener associates have outgoing and dynamic personalities. We are constantly engaging, impacting and delivering information to our clients and job seekers to facilitate the onboarding process. We encourage and teach our employees to use Social Media to promote themselves, our organization and keep in touch with our clients and candidates and also believe in old school things, like getting in touch with someone on the telephone.
Our relationship managers are in control of their careers. We have a true, 100%, merit-based promotion system, whereby people get raises and promotions based upon their individual performances.
