Our client is one of the largest worldwide networks of entertainment and news television properties, and forms a substantial part of the largest media conglomerate in the world. Their flagship property is one of the “Big Three” Television networks, and regularly attracts millions of viewers nightly. They are headquartered in the heart of the Film/Entertainment industry in Burbank, CA

They are presently in need of a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to mentor, project manage and communicate across multiple departments in the production of a very large-scale, high-traffic web site launching early next year. This role will work closely with tech leaders, developers, engineers and production staff to manage and report on projects, enhancements, resource availability, requirements needs, etc. This position requires a strong familiarity with web technologies, and substantial experience working with cross-functional teams.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Managing and Tracking Project Status – 50%
• Helping to define requirements and set project schedules, deliverables, milestones – 40%
• Managing resource allocation/availability – 10%

Requirements:
• 3-5 years Technical Project Management experience
• Strong familiarity with web, social media, mobile, email and banner technologies
• Proven ability to work in a very fast paced environment with multiple technology teams and 3rd party vendors.
• Good communication skills, excellent time management skills, etc.
