My client is a nationwide provider of insurance services including claims management, risk management, and managed care to various markets. They are looking for a Business Analyst to join their team as a full time employee.  This person will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify and document process improvement opportunities, design process improvements, and facilitate implementation. 

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Design process improvements
• Partner with stakeholders to organize and drive implementation
• Design and implement performance and quality metrics that monitor performance
• Proficiency with process mapping tools and techniques

 

** This position is located in Parsippany, New Jersey

 

Salary is commensurate with experience, but will be paying up to $110,000
