As an Interactive Producer you are responsible for:

* Developing estimates, statements of work, project plans, timelines and budgets  * Planning, organizing and directing the activities required for the successful development, implementation and execution of multiple concurrent large and small scale projects.  * Working with Idea Management and Project Management teams to maintain schedules, provide project status, review client feedback and satisfy deliverables.  * Collaborating with the Idea Management, Creative and Development teams to ensure that the proposed creative concepts can be produced within client-specified timeframes and budgets.  * Acting as the team*s main point of contact and facilitate communication between teams for all project related issues.  * Identifying, coordinating and managing outsourced vendors and project teams.  * Managing day-to-day tasks and being able recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game.  * Stay up-to-speed on relevant industry trends and keep key stakeholders informed, including monitoring competitive executions of note.

As an Interactive Producer you should be/have:

* A strong, independent leader, decision maker and great communicator with 3+ years of experience in leading large, multidisciplinary Web site or interactive campaign teams  * Proactive and solution oriented when managing issues * A team player that can work well in large cross functional teams  * Able to deliver under extreme deadlines in a fast paced environment  * Familiar with web design/development software and back-end technologies used in the creation and deployment of interactive solutions  * Familiar with interactive usability principles & best practices
