As Project Manager, you must have a demonstrated ability to take some loosely-formed business and technology ideas and bring them together into tangible project plans balancing staffing, budget, and timeline pressures that can be communicated to stakeholders and driven to successful completion. 

You must be able to break down a complex project into manageable tasks, pull plans together, and effectively socialize with all involved. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers and programmers, as well as a team of passionate business stakeholders, all hungry to move the company*s digital marketing efforts forward. You must be detail oriented, think on your feet, and steer your projects to a solid and meaningful conclusion despite the odds

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project management efforts and take responsibility for the successful delivery of (sometimes simultaneous) projects of varying size and scope.
* Responsible for scope definition, task and resource management, budget, project leadership through concept, planning, and delivery of projects.
* Expand on early-stage and loosely-defined concepts and turn them into actionable plans.
* Partner with business team leads across multiple teams and locations to understand key business drivers to deliver solid technology solutions that meet or exceed these needs.
* Document detail functional specifications for designers and programmers.
* Ensure the highest quality of final product through testing and validation.
* Take ownership of all project-related costs and deliver projects on time and on budget 

* Report status of projects and escalate hot issues 


* Motivate and collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality deliverables.
* Work with vendors, onsite and offshore resources.
* Ensure projects are implemented according to requirements and are launched according to published schedules
* Proactively resolve project, design, or resource issues before they cause schedule delays.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, track and communicate project metrics through the regular use of status reports, team meetings and other communications appropriate to the intended audience.
* Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum 4-6 years of web project leadership experience with a successful track record of delivery.
* Working knowledge of web and database technologies.
* Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver.
* Ability to perform business analysis and facilitate capturing business requirements. Process and clarify information quickly to identify gaps in logic or plans and take action accordingly.
* Team leadership skills sufficient to facilitate conflict and issue resolution among creative and technical team members.
* Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow.
* Skilled at project scheduling and can analyze progress and trade-offs
 in time, scope, or budget. Make proactive recommendations of actions/alternative approaches to keep projects on track.
* Excellent communication and organization skills. Demonstrated ability to implement a formal communications plan
, including (but not limited to) regular project status update meetings and reports/emails.

Strong knowledge and/or experience implementing enterprise-grade database applications and infrastructure is strongly preferred.
