New York – Creative Digital Agency Seeks Senior .NET Web Developer – $60 hourly

Our client, an independent creative digital agency based in downtown Manhattan, is looking for a Senior .NET Web Developer.  This person will develop a variety of web pages for their newly acquired clients. This agency was recently recognized by IAC for their web development, and is looking to build up their development team.

Must Have Skills:

-3+ years of experience with C# ASP.NET

-Web Services

- SQL Server 2005/2008, ability to write Scripts, Store Procedures, etc

- AJAX/SOAP, Javascript

-IIS

-XML, HTML

- Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010

- In-depth understanding of MVC 3+

-OOP and multi-threaded application development.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

Major Pluses:

- JQuery

- Analyze, design, estimate for all application tiers

- Code, test, debug, and document

- Revise and update programs and processes and create documentation as required

- Develop software development processes and company standards and practices

- Ability to interact with Business Owners to gather and document project requirements

- Able to highlight and communicate project status, tasks, milestones, risks, issues and constraints to project team and stakeholders

- Able to prepare and present project and technology documents to group
