In essence, it is a transaction-based performance commerce affiliate program; webmasters earn commissions based on transactions that are initiated by visitors who move through the ads, banners, or links on their site. They are in need of a Senior-level Open Source Web Developer & Magento Ecommerce Experience to effectively lead their development efforts from both a development and management standpoint, as the bulk of their e-commerce experiences are created using the Magento platform. This person will be responsible for Architecting, developing, and working on a wide array of projects. The ideal developer will have broad knowledge of web development technologies and be well-versed in software development processes, methodologies, and concepts.

 Requirements:

- PHP application development experience 

- Experience designing web applications with significant DB/SQL design/coding 

- Writing advanced SQL 

- JavaScript including Ajax 

- Hand coding HTML/CSS 

- Strong database design skills 

- Excellent troubleshooting skills 

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

- Working with Apache and Windows environment 

- Experience working with SQL Server 

- Working with a team repository such as SVN 

- Fast learner 

- Good design/UI sense 

- Bachelors degree in computer science or engineering 

EXPERIENCE PLUSES: 

- PHP object oriented programming
