Our client is one of the largest publishing companies for children’s books and educational technology is seeking a Producer for the Education Technology Division.  This high visibility software product is proprietary and helps teachers manage their classroom interactions and initiatives – really bringing education to the future.  As a producer, you will be expected to manage the relationships with both the business stakeholders and technology teams.  The developers are working in a JAVA environment.  Experience working throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment are must have skills.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

• 4-6 years as a Producer or Project Manager
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Agile
• Ability to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Basic knowledge of SQL

TECHNOLOGY PLUSES:

• Large scale project implementation
• Educational technology experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science

This is a contract position lasting at least one year and will pay, based on experience, up to $75hr.
