Our client is a large, New York City-based, media and publishing company seeking a CRM Trainer.  Working in the Digital Marketing Team within the Higher Education Group, this CRM trainer will be responsible for developing a training program for Onyx, their CRM.  Candidates must have experience with software training in a SaaS setting.  In addition to training existing stakeholders and business units, you will be responsible for developing a training program structure for existing and new stakeholders.

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of software training
• Ability to interface with internal stakeholders and other business units
• CRM experience

TECHNOLOGY PLUSES:

• Publishing experience

This is a full-time it will pay, based on experience, up to $60k
