Application Support Engineer

Our client is a prestigious, global investment firm that has been a leader in the industry for 20+ years. With a HQ in Greenwich, Connecticut, this firm has over 500 employees and manages more than $150B for various institutional investors. They are seeking Application Support Engineers at different levels to support users and mission-critical front-office applications. 

 
Job Title:  Production Support Engineer / Senior Production Support Engineer
 

Location:  Office in Greenwich, CT (40min commute from Grand Central). This role is primarily remote (3-4 days remote), with expectation to work in office 1-2x per week.  #LI-HYBRID

 
Required Technology and Skills:
 
  • 2-5+ years of professional experience in Application / Production Support as an Engineer or Analyst
  • Strong passion for Support Engineering and desire to grow in support long-term
  • Strong SQL skills 
  • Experience working professionally with Java and/or Python
  • Interest in working in Financial services / Investment space
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support uses via phone, email, and in-person
  • Ability to identify and resolve bug-fixes
 

Additional Skills: 
 
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or STEM related field
  • Team player
  • Experience supporting financial/trading and/or mission-critical applications
 

Salary Range:  130,000 – 150,000 total cash comp (Base + Bonus) or $150,000 – $200,000. Compensation will be based on experience, level, and skills.
