font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Architect, design, and deliver solutions across AD, AAD, and PAM services, with a focus on foundational security infrastructure concepts and troubleshooting skills.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Define and implement strategies for AD and AAD, review security findings, and implement timely remediation to reduce risk of compromise.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Manage Global LDAPs, including AD, AAD, and Enterprise LDAP, supporting over 700K accounts and 380K identities.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Support the multi-year cloud transformation journey, including Azure AD strategy, design, implementation, and operationalizing in a hybrid multi-cloud environment.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Implement appropriate tools for securing and managing AD, AAD effectively.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Drive the transformation of PepsiCo PAM solution and increase the onboarding of privileged accounts, including IT and OT.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Stay current on technologies and industry trends, manage vendor relationships, and manage budgets for areas of responsibility.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">10+ years of overall IT experience, with a focus on IAM.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Extensive experience architecting and designing AD, AAD, and other Directories.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Strong troubleshooting experience with AD and Directories.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Experience with Privileged Access Management solutions such as CyberArk.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Advanced understanding of user life cycle management, authentication/authorizations, and controls around privileged access.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Ability to effectively communicate technical information and translate it between vendors, IT management, and internal teams.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Ability to guide teams through complex issues and drive resolution.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Experience managing global teams and vendors, driving SLAs.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;
