Appreciated Technology and Skills
 
  • 5+ years experience as a technical support engineer
  • 3+ years experience managing Software Support Engineers
  • Experience leading event management, debugging, and monitoring of high traffic software solutions provided to hundreds of internal end users
  • Extensive Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Zendesk, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow Customer Service Management, or similar technologies
  • Experience hiring, growing and managing engineering support teams from scratch
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant Degree
 
 
Salary– $150,000 – $180,000  + up to 10% annual bonus + 6% 401K + Comprehensive Health Plan
