Job Title – Director of Technical Support  (Clinical Products)
 
Location – Remote Hybrid ( Candidates must be local to NYC)
 
 
 
Appreciated Technology and Skills
 
  • 5+ years experience as a technical support engineer
  • 3+ years experience managing the maintenance of Internal facing, Clinical Data Management Software Solutions, Lab Information Systems, or similar Big Data Technologies
  • Experience leading event management, debugging, and monitoring of high traffic software solutions provided to hundreds of internal end users
  • Experience with Zendesk, Zoho Desk, ServiceNow Customer Service Management, or similar technologies
  • Experience hiring, growing and managing engineering support teams from scratch
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant Degree
 
 
Salary– $150,000 – $170,000  + up to 10% annual bonus + Full Benefits 
 
Employment – Full Time
