Our client is a fast-growing SaaS Financial Data/Analytics firm. They help large financial institutions assess risk and manage customer data, forecasts, projections and vulnerabilities. Their software allows users to project investment performance and understand risk associated with large scale transactions. They are an international firm and have a team of experts working closely with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

The Job: This Firm has been at the forefront of embracing bleeding edge financial data and analytics. Due to their growth, they need a tech savvy Sales Director to join their NYC Team. You will be responsible for driving new business- lead generation, prospecting, booking meetings, working with new customers is the big emphasis here. You will also gain access to existing accounts, farm relationships, expand books of business, and educate current customers on market trends whenever possible. You will be a high level Individual Contributor, but this could grow into a leadership role over time. This is an outstanding position for an up and coming fin-tech Sales Professional- you will have a ton of autonomy, support and endless room to run.

Job Title: Director of Sales

Required Skills:

5-7 Years experience in Financial SaaS- i.e. selling into financial markets such as: insurance, private pension funds, asset managers, credit/debt secondaries, etc.
Knowledge of Capital Market Services, Fixed Income and Credit Risk
Experience building C-Suite and VP-Level relationships with prospective customers
Experience in leveraging tools for prospecting, CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Outstanding networking/presentation skills

Additional Experience:

Fluency in another foreign language would be a plus
Experience working with Apollo (or a similar automation platform such as HubSpot)
Experience selling new products/data sets
Selling products to cross functional customers/stakeholders at clients i.e. legal, marketing, tech divisions across org.

Salary Range: Base Salary in the 120-150k Range, with Quarterly Commission Incentives to bring OTE in the 260-280k Zone. Earnings are uncapped. Competitive Benefits, 401K, Vacation Policy.

Work Setup: 3X/Week in Grand Central NYC Office. Travel 1-2 times quarterly- mostly to US Clients, but could see some EU Travel.
