Job Title: Manager, Client Services – Technical Recruiting
Location: Remote

Skills and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience from a tech staffing firm/agency.
- Knowledge of the latest technology trends and tech skills that are in demand.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting, and search products (i.e., LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interviewing technology candidates to properly qualify for positions and market interest.
- Ability to connect with people through dynamic electronic communications, including emails, social media & job postings.
- Experience translating online connections into offline conversations via telephone and video meetings.
- Experience recruiting for software engineers, technical product managers, mobile developers, and other IT positions at all levels.
- Highly organized and able to create candidate tracking systems that foster long-term relationships.
- Ability to work with clients, participate in job order, and process meetings to deliver technical recruiting services.
- Experience overseeing and executing the full life cycle of the placement; job order, advertise, source candidates, submit, schedule, gather feedback and drive the hiring process to completion.
What We Offer:
- Target Base Salary: $60,000 – 80,000 + the industry’s #1 commission plan, guaranteed.
- Note: Client Service Managers should earn $150,000 total comp in year 1.
- While we seek Manager-level Technical Recruiters, we will also consider Directors and Senior Technical Recruiters.
