Job Title: Manager, Human Resources
Location: Davis, California (Onsite)
Required Skills:
- 8 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Work with the executive team to execute the human resource strategy
- Expereince with recruiting and succession planning
- Manage talent acquisition process
- Strong analytical and data skills
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
- Oversee hiring, terminations and disciplinary meetings
- Experience with MS Office and HRIS/talent management systems-ADP, Workday or Kronos
- In depth knowledge of California Labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations
Nice to have skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working for a manufacturing firm
- SHRM certification
Compensation
- $110,000-120,000 depending on experience
