Manager of Client Services
Talener was created as a contract-based technology staffing firm in New York City in 2007. Over the past two decades, the team has expanded from beyond NYC into major tech hubs across the country, including Boston, LA, San Francisco, DC Metro, and Chicago. Today, our team works with job seekers and companies locally and remotely across the United States to fill both technical and non-technical jobs.
The Position:
As a Manager of Client Services, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the placement process, from business development through post-placement follow-up. You will source candidates directly or utilize our technical recruiters. You should be prepared to work on-site in either our midtown Manhattan or downtown Boston office. The ideal person for this job will have agency side sales and recruitment experience or have worked extensively as an internal technical recruiter.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven sales or full-desk recruiting experience (agency-side preferred)
- Goal-oriented mindset that thrives in meeting specific performance targets
- Persistence while working through obstacles and objections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone calls, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
- Ability to evolve online connections into offline ones via telephone and in-person meetings
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and search platforms
- Experience using social media tools for recruiting and business development
- Detail-oriented and data driven, understanding that quality data input results in quality output
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
The Offer:
- Base Salary: $70,000- $100,000, based on experience
