Job Title: Staff Product Manager (Startup) (Marketplace / Consumer-Generated Content)
Location: Remote Hybrid – 3 days in office, NYC Location
Job Description: As a Staff Product Manager, you will be the 1st full time product hire for a pre-series startup. This product role comes with a broad scope for the consumer app and will focus on the entire full product lifecycle – research with customers, understanding the market, product development, measuring success, driving product growth, and using product to build a movement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● 8+ years as a Product Manager for a consumer mobile applications, focusing on user-generated content, or multi sided marketplaces
● Experience working in a small, fast paced environment (10-50 employees sized startups)
● Experience using qualitative and quantitative research to make data driven decisions
● Ability to find scalable solutions that serve the needs of users.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.
● Self-starter who can lead a project, collaborating with others as well as working independently.
Compensation: $180,000 – $220,000 per year +15% performance based bonus + equity package
