They employ over 60k employees worldwide with thousands of stand-alone retail shops. They are seeking a high caliber Functional Support Lead / Project Manager to directly assist their VP of MDM.
 
Job Title:  Functional Support Lead / Project Manager
 
Job Type: 6-month contract  
 
 Location:  Hybrid – 4 days onsite weekly in Melville, New York
 
 Required Technology and Skills:
 
  • 5 + years of experience providing VP level email communications, action items tracking, and meeting prep support.
  • Ability to manage a chaotic, fast-paced environment, multitask, react to changing priorities, and jump into related tasks as needed.
  • Expertise with executive scheduling, presenting PowerPoint presentations, and organizing projects with SharePoint, MS Project, Copilot and similar tools.
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with various clients, stakeholders, and business units to support a positive communication process and workflow between teams.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve and present proactive solutions.
 
Additional Skills: 
 
  • Experience working in a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) environment.
  • Experience working on MDM (Master Data Management) projects on a global scale.
  • Experience working in a larger/global environment.
  • Strong adaptability and attention to detail.
 
Compensation: $35 – $40 / hour W2 (No sponsorship or C2C available)
