• 5+ years of sales experience in injection molding machinery or plastic processing equipment.
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and machinery.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working with OEMs, molders, and manufacturing companies.
