Our client is an established start-up that provides B2B software solutions, analytics and insights about their workforce to improve hiring practices, work culture, and employee performance & health. They are growing their sales org and seeking a VP Sales to be an individual contributor to help capture new business.
Job Title: Regional VP of Sales (West Coast)
Location: Remote – PST. Must be in United States, based in PST, and eligible to work for any U.S. Employer to be considered.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of professional sales experience, with expertise in hunting & capturing new business
- Expertise selling to enterprise / B2B Clients
- Experience working in SaaS, HR Software, Employee insights/analytics, Education, wellness, human capital, or similar business models
- Strong player coach skills and experience
- Expertise in B2B sales
- Experience implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Experience working in executive leadership and working with and presenting to C-level stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Experience monitoring market trends, competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and reporting on sales performance for senior leadership
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 base salary (Based on experience & level), plus commission. OTE target of 300,000 – 350,000 (Based on performance).
