The Technical Recruiting Job

Talener is hiring a New York area based, remote Technical Recruiter with previous business experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing positions. Knowledge of technology or a background in recruiting is desired, but not required.

A strong business foundation will give you the skills to thrive as a Technical Recruiter. You will help companies solve their business-critical hiring needs and connect software engineers with their best opportunity.

You will join a team of recruiters and sales development professionals who are dedicated to their craft. You will interface daily with your colleagues, clients, and candidates. You are an advocate, coach, and field-expert for your candidates and your clients – providing them with data-driven solutions, timely feedback and ultimately, job placements.


· Previous business experience in sales, marketing or other KPI driven positions

· Experience using social media, including LinkedIn

· Aptitude for learning new software or experience using CRMs

· Data and goal driven

· Desire to be trained and to learn about technology trends and lingo

· Motivated to work independently and with a team to meet individual and team goals

· Ability to prioritize your work when you are managing multiple clients’ jobs

You are ready and willing to learn about the fast-paced world of technology talent and how companies across the board are moving into the future. Likewise, you are passionate about learning, including sourcing processes across our applicant tracking system, job boards, and social media.

You are exceptionally organized and understand the value of streamlined recruiting methods. Additionally, you understand the value of communication, including taking written online conversations to the phone or video conferences.

· $60,000 Base Salary
