We are seeking a Salesforce QA Analyst for our New York City client. This job will be working directly for the largest digital rights media company in the U.S. With more than a century of experience, the client is a performing rights organization located in the heart of New York City. They work to protect musicians, and artists of all kinds through advocacy and by protecting copyrighted works and royalty distribution. This job is a contract position working hybrid in their New York office. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship/visa transfer. No 3rd parties will be considered.

Job Title: Salesforce QA Analyst 

Location:  New York City (Manhattan), NY (Hybrid) – 3x per week onsite.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the functionality, quality and performance of Salesforce applications and customizations.
  • Execute functional, integration, performance, security, and regression testing
  • Test Validation Rules to ensure data integrity (for example, valid email formats).
  • Verify Workflow and Process Builder automation (for example, email notifications on Opportunity closure)
  • Check accuracy in Reports and Dashboards to reflect real-time data
  • Conduct Integration Testing to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and external systems
  • Work as part of cross functional, passionate Agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery.
Required Skills & Technologies:
  • 5 + years of overall testing experience as a QA engineer supporting enterprise web applications.
  • 3 + years of experience in UI and API testing Lightning Salesforce applications 
  • An understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture and concepts.
  • Experience with Salesforce Inquiry Management, Deal Management, Profile and Permissions, SF Chat, SF Batch Processes, MCAE Tool, Prospect and Email Marketing, Automation rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce Workflow Transformation (WFT), Salesforce Reports testing.
  • Experience with Pardot
  • Certification – Salesforce Admin / Platform Developer
 
Compensation: $65.00 – $68.00 per hour (W2 Only)
