They are the go-to IT Service firm for various New York City government agencies such as NYC Department of Technology and Innovations, 311, Mayor’s Office, and more. They specialize in mission-critical initiatives and help the city better leverage technology to enable their services. 

 
Job Title:  Senior Business Analyst

 
Job Type: Full-time  

 
Location:  100% Remote (EST hours)

 
Required Technology and Skills:

 
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Business Analyst/Sr. Business Analyst positions
  • Experience leading meetings and presentations for stakeholders 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Ability to create process flows
  • Experience with Project Management lifecycles
  • Expertise level with Visio, Microsoft Suite, Excel and Powerpoint

 
Additional Skills: 
 
  • Ability and comfort in working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience working with governmental agencies
  • Managerial and Lead experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • B.A. in Business Management or technology based field
 
 
Rate: $80,000 – $90,000 base salary (Based on experience)
