Senior Channel Sales Manager – Enterprise SaaS / Cloud

Backed by top VC firms, our client is a rapidly growing SaaS company that enables airports to optimize their operations and passenger experience. They are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to help drive pipeline acceleration. This person will be tasked with identifying new partner channels and business development and help build their first channel program from scratch. 
 
Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
 
Location: Remote – Preferably based in eastern or central time zones.  
 
Required Skills: 
 
  • 5+ years professional experience in sales & business development, focused on channel management and partner development/partner enablement
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Experience selling into niche verticals with a strong focus on differentiating and qualifying partners
  • Experience working with BID Teams, RFPs, and contractual frameworks
  • Strong business development skills – ability to nurture relationships, organizing events, identifying new partners, conflict resolution
  • Hustler / Hunter mentality, and ability to succeed in a start-up, dynamic environment
  • Interest in aviation, and selling cloud-native software solutions to improve airport operational efficiency
 
 
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 base salary (based on experience & level), plus commission ($150,000-$240,000 OTE based on performance) and benefits.
