Our client is a financial services organization operating in the post-trade space. They provide clearing and settlement services to a variety of financial markets including securities, bonds, derivatives, mutual funds, money market instruments, alternative investment products, and insurance products. They are looking to hire a Senior Cloud Security Architect.   This position requires hybrid office work and is only open to candidates in the following locations; Boston, MA, Jersey City, NJ, Dallas TX, McLean, VA  or Tampa, FL. 
 
Title: Senior Cloud Security Architect
 
Location: Boston, MA   Dallas, TX    Jersey City, NJ    McLean, VA or Tamp, FL
 
Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of experience in an enterprise environment
  • Contribute to the area of automated cloud security architecture, designs, and policies on AWS
  • Work with project teams to ensure quality of cloud security
  • Conduct technical research to help build the direction of cloud security
  • Experience building automated cloud security platforms
  • Be the subject matter expert related to all cloud security activities including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (Paas) on AWS
  • Define timetables and project plans including milestones and systems requirements
  • Establish a Cloud Security of Excellence and Cloud Security Consulting Service
 
Nice to have Skills:
  • Experience with working within an ITIL environment 
  • Agile development
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • AWS Security Specialist 
 
 
Compensation:
  • $140,000-160,000
  • Bonus
