Our client is a prestigious, global investment firm that has been a leader in the industry for 20+ years. With a HQ in Greenwich, Connecticut, this firm has over 500 employees and manages more than $150B for various institutional investors. They are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Quantitative – Front Office Engineer) to join their leading Research Engineering team.
 
Job Title:  Sr. Software Engineer (Quantitative – Front Office Engineer)
 
Location: Hybrid – Office in Greenwich, CT (50min commute from Grand Central), with the expectation of working in office 3 days per week.
 
Required Technology and Skills:
 
  • 7 + Years experience working in a Software Engineering related role.
  • Hands on experience working w/ Python and or Java
  • An understanding of microservice architecture, distributed systems, and cloud services.
 
Additional Skills: 
 
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or STEM related field
  • Experience supporting financial/trading and/or mission-critical applications.
  • Understanding of financial markets and asset management domain, and quantitative finance.
 
Salary Range:  Target base salary range of $160,000 – $200,000, with cash bonus w/  total  comp of up to $250,000 (Based on experience)
