- Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner and solicit customer feedback to improve service.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time to customers
- 5 years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.
- Experience working with manufacturing machines
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence ladder diagrams.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- $90,000-111,000 annually
