Technical Program Manager – Data and Analytics (Consulting/Government)

Our client is a rapidly growing IT Services Firm with expertise in Project Management, QA, and Data & Analytics. They are the go-to IT Service firm for various New York City government agencies such as NYC Department of Technology and Innovations, 311, Mayor’s Office, and more. They specialize in mission-critical initiatives and help the city better leverage technology to enable their services. 
 

Job Title:  Technical Program Manager, Data and Analytics
 

Job Type: Full-time.
 

Location:   100% Remote, ET Hours. Must be in US and eligible to work for any US Employer. No sponsorship or C2C arrangements can be provided at this time.  
 

Required Technology and Skills:
 
  • 5-10+ years of professional experience in IT Project Management / Managing Data projects, etc.
  • Consulting experience, ideally government agency experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and own projects
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and with technical + non-technical stakeholders, gather requirements on operational issues, reporting needs, etc. 
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Suite, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions for report requests, automating tasks, or working with tools like Salesforce, PowerBI, Scripting, SQL, Python, etc. 
  • Experience with Visio/Lucid or other workflow tools
  • Experience with Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems
 
Additional Skills: 
 
  • Ability and comfort in working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Experience working on mission-critical / high-pressure projects
  • Experience being hands-on through project process and wearing many hats
 
 
Rate: $120,,000 – $160,000 base salary (Based on experience)
