Talener was created as a contract-based technology staffing firm in New York City in 2007. Over the past two decades, the team has expanded beyond NYC into major tech hubs across the country, including Boston, LA, San Francisco, DC Metro, and Chicago. Today, our team works with job seekers and companies locally and remotely across the United States to fill both technical and non-technical jobs.
The Position:
You will support our Account Managers by maintaining, growing, and nurturing Talener’s existing candidate relationships and will search, recruit, screen, qualify, and prepare candidates for our clients who are seeking highly skilled, highly desired talent.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience with a staffing firm or in-house talent acquisition team
- Goal-oriented mindset that thrives in meeting specific performance targets
- Persistence while working through obstacles and objections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone calls, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
- Ability to evolve online connections into offline ones via telephone and in-person meetings
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, and search platforms
- Track record in fostering long-term relationships with candidates
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
The Offer:
- Base salary: $65,000-$80,000
- Structured commission plan based on specific personal results
