Michael Dsupin, Managing Partner
After graduating from the University of Rochester in May of 1995, Michael began his career in Information Technology staffing. Michael has worked in New York City, Boston, San Jose, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Currently, Michael lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife Patricia and their three children. Ashley Herron, General Manager
Ashley has been with Talener since inception, first as a Relationship Manager and has recently been named our General Manager. Ashley started her career in Atlanta as a Software Trainer and then moved to New York City and worked in Human Resources and with an Insurance Company. Her unique experiences and eclectic background help her keep our offices running smoothly and help Talener provide world class service to our candidates and clients. In addition to her work at Talener, Ashley is passionate supporter of the arts (specifically theatre and dance) and is a fundraiser for Breast Cancer research through the Avon Foundation’s annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Ashley holds a BA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.
Pat O’Neill, Manager
Patrick has been with the Talener Group since May 2007. He graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Pat was a 4-year letterman for the Football Team. He was a 3-year starter at Outside Linebacker and Captain his Senior Year. He enjoys all outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
Matt Kroll, Manager
Matt started at Talener in September 2007 when he was hired as Employee #5. He graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelors Degree in History, and was an active member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity. Matt is a passionate New York Mets fan and avid tailgater during football season. He enjoys traveling and dining out.
Winston Lowers, Relationship Manager
Winston graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2007 and started with Talener in Arpil of 2008. Winston is passionate about Liverpool FC Football, Music and Fashion.
Henry Boulos, Manager
Henry started his technical recruiting career in 1998 after receiving a bachelors degree in Economics from The State University of New York at Albany. He began his career in New York City and traveled to Chicago, Washington DC and Newport Beach, CA where he successfully built and managed various technical recruiting practices before returning to his hometown of New York in 2007. He is an avid NY sports fan and follows the Yankees and Giants as closely as possible. He currently lives in Monroe, NY with his wife Christine and son Luke.
Kristin Steinhauer, Relationship Manager

Dillon Johnston, Relationship Manager
Dillon Johnston is the newest member of Talener New York’s Open Source team. After graduating from Saint Michael’s College with a BS in Business Administration Dillon spent 8 months working as a Jr. Recruiter for an IT Staffing Company before joining Talener. Some of his passions are the NY Giants, the NY Yankees, meeting new people and excelling in all of his endeavors. He currently resides in New Rochelle with his 3 roommates. Tiffany Roesler, Relationship Manager
Tiffany is the newest member of our New York Software team. Tiffany has been with Talener since Feb. 2010. She graduated from Bloomsburg University with a degree in Communications. Tiffany was a member of the women’s rugby club, and had the honor of playing for the Pennsylvania All Star team. She currently enjoys surfing and traveling to warm destinations. Justin Cottrell, Relationship Manager
Justin started at Talener in June 2010. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelors Degree in History. Justin was an active member of the Gamma Delta Chi Fraternity. Justin played linebacker for the Big Green and was named a captain his senior year.
Robert Laughlin, Relationship Manager
Robert started at Talener in June 2010. He graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Philosophy. Robert was the treasurer of the Colgate chapter of Phi Delta Theta. Matt Kroll, a manager at Talener, is excited to have another Colgate graduate on the Talener Team.
Charles Iaconangelo, Relationship Manager
Charles started at Talener in June 2010. He graduated from Yale University with a Bachelors Degree in history. After graduating Charles spent two years in the Federated States of Micronesia as a Peace Corps volunteer.
Carroll A. Papajohn, Relationship Manager
Carroll started at Talener in June 2010. He graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelors Degree in History, and was an active member of the Gamma Delta Chi Fraternity. Carroll was a tight end on the Dartmouth football team where he played a leadership role all four years.
Los Angeles
Chris Allaire, Vice President
Chris helped start Talener in April of 2007, and brings over 10 years of sales, management and recruiting experience to Talener. Having worked in Boston, San Francisco, Raleigh, New York City and now Los Angeles, Chris’ success is due in large part to his strong relationships with both his clients and candidates. He truly takes time to understand their needs and motivations. Chris has officially taken on the Los Angeles market place as of Feb 1. He is an avid baseball player, plays guitar, loves to cook and will soon have his private pilot’s license. Chris can be reached at 310.914.0166.
Rory Bebbington, Senior Relationship Manager
Rory Bebbington is Talener’s compadre from ‘Across the Pond’. This English Gentleman from the land of Tea & Crumpets heads up our LA office along with Chris Allaire. Having also spent 4 years in Sydney, Australia, he brings to Talener over 10 years of IT sales experience, a wealth of English Soccer Knowledge and an immense record of 75 wins & only 2 losses to Curt Williams at Foosball, an impressive statistic that he aims to only improve upon. Having recently settled in LA, he’s looking forward to actually seeing some sun, going to a beach with real sand and meeting new people. 310.914.0167.
Timothy Olesnavage, Senior Relationship Manager
Tim recently joined Talener LA and can be reached at 310.914.0169. Tim hales from the great state of Michigan and is an avid Michigan sports fan. He looks forward to yet another winning season by the Detroit Lions. Prior to joining Talener, Tim was a Sr. Recruiter and Business Development Professional for Aerotek. Tim brings over 5 years of sales and relationship management experience to Talener.
San Francisco
Tobias Rich, Director
Tobias started his career in recruiting after graduating with a BS in Computer Science from the University of California Santa Cruz in 2003. After spending the better part of 6 years in three major markets (New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco) working as both an individual contributor and manager for a national IT staffing firm he has joined Talener to spearhead our expansion into the San Francisco marketplace in 2010. He is a self confessed “foodie”, an avid sports fan following the San Francisco Giants (a.k.a. the best Giants team) and 49ers, and is excited to build a start-up business for us in the technology capital of the world.
