We are seeking an AI Systems Analyst to support innovation initiatives for a highly regarded professional services organization undergoing significant investment in AI-enabled legal technology and internal knowledge systems. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in New York City. The ideal candidate will blend AI fluency, systems thinking, and stakeholder engagement experience to help drive the evaluation, implementation, and adoption of emerging AI tools across the business. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.

Job Title: AI Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid (New York City)

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered workflow and knowledge management solutions
• Partner with business users to identify operational pain points and develop practical AI use cases across internal practice groups and workflows
• Design, test, and refine prompt engineering strategies and AI-assisted workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency and knowledge access

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience within a professional services, legal, enterprise technology, innovation, knowledge management, or application support environment
• 2+ years of Hands-on experience or strong exposure to artificial intelligence technologies, including prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, or emerging generative AI platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical users
• Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise technology implementations, internal systems initiatives, or workflow transformation projects
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, including the ability to create user guides, process documentation, and operational workflows
• Basic understanding of APIs, application integrations, or system architecture concepts is preferred
• Exposure to collaboration tools, knowledge management platforms, document management systems, or intranet technologies is a plus
• Experience within legal services, consulting, or other highly regulated professional services environments is preferred but not required

Compensation
• Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 + full benefits
• Additional compensation may include annual bonus eligibility
