Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
· Work extensively with HL7 and FHIR-based integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange and seamless workflow connectivity
· Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues, leveraging databases, integration platforms, and diagnostic queries to identify root causes and implement solutions
· Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and third-party technology partners during implementation and support engagements
· Lead technical discussions and communicate project status, updates, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders
· Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve integration processes and drive successful customer outcomes
· Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery and customer experience
· Experience working with integration engines in a healthcare environment; experience with Rhapsody is highly preferred, though other integration platforms will be considered
· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including experience diagnosing data issues and performing root cause analysis using SQL or similar query languages
· Ability to work directly with healthcare customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders throughout implementation and support cycles
· Excellent communication skills with experience leading technical calls and managing customer-facing conversations
· Experience balancing multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment
· Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and passion for solving complex technical and data integration challenges
