As the business expands into new treatment categories and scales customer acquisition efforts, they are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute growth initiatives across customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.

This is a unique opportunity for a startup-minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategy and execution. You'll work closely with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer funnels, and launch campaigns that drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable digging into data, launching paid media campaigns, building landing pages, and developing growth strategies based on customer behavior and performance trends.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Own growth experiments across paid media, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Analyze customer journeys, identify drop-off points, and recommend improvements.
Monitor and optimize key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, retention, and LTV.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Build reporting dashboards and automate performance tracking where possible.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to support business growth initiatives.
Help inform pricing, plan mix, and subscription growth strategies.
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.

Must-Have Skills

4+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC environment.
Experience owning both customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Hands-on paid media management experience with Google Ads or Meta (experience with both is highly preferred).
Strong experience with subscription-based business models.
Proven ability to analyze marketing funnels, conversion metrics, and customer behavior.
Advanced analytical skills, including experience with:
- Google Analytics
- Reporting and dashboard creation
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Marketing performance measurement
Experience building and optimizing landing pages.
Highly autonomous, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Pluses

Telehealth, healthcare, or wellness industry experience.
Experience with both Google and Meta advertising platforms.
Connected TV (CTV) advertising experience.
CRM or lifecycle marketing experience.
SEO experience.
Experience with pricing strategy, LTV optimization, and subscription growth initiatives.
Strong reporting automation and technical analytics capabilities.

Compensation

$80/hour
3-month contract
Strong potential to extend the contract and/or convert to a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
