Duration: 3-Month Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or backend application development.
- Strong commercial experience building applications and services in Python.
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting production workflow orchestration platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Prefect or similar workflow orchestration technologies.
- Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications within AWS environments.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or comparable technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and production support practices.
- Experience integrating systems through APIs, distributed services, and data pipelines.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals including testing, version control, and code review practices.
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DBT, event-driven architectures, or modern cloud data platforms.
- Hybrid role based in Naperville, IL.
