Join a rapidly growing healthcare technology company as a hands-on Principal Product Manager responsible for both optimizing existing telehealth experiences and building new digital health products. This is a true 0-to-1 and growth-stage opportunity, with roughly 50% of the role focused on improving conversion, retention, and customer experience within existing products, and 50% focused on developing new telehealth-enabled offerings. You'll work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Product Leadership to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions in a regulated environment.
- 4-7+ years of Product Management experience
- 1+ year of experience within a telehealth environment
- Experience building or scaling consumer-facing telehealth products
- Proven 0-to-1 product development experience
- Strong growth, conversion funnel, and retention experience
- Ability to drive engineering teams and work independently in a hands-on role
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, architecture discussions, and platform development
- Understanding of HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance requirements
- Experience partnering proactively with Legal and Compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Salesforce ecosystem, SQL, Power BI, or similar technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Business, or related field
- Experience with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) telehealth company
- Subscription product experience
- Experience owning digital intake, onboarding, or patient workflow products
- Experience balancing startup-style product creation with scalable execution
- Familiarity with provider workflows, telehealth platforms, or EHR integrations
- Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Agentforce Commerce is a plus
- Base Salary: $140,000 – $200,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 15%
