Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for enterprise business processes
- Build automation workflows with a focus on maintainability, reusability, and long-term scalability
- Support existing automation processes through troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and implement automation solutions
- Integrate automated workflows with internal and external systems through APIs and other integration methods
- Participate in testing, deployment, and validation efforts to ensure successful automation delivery
- Maintain technical documentation and support change management procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the organization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Blue Prism
- Strong experience with Automation Anywhere A360 preferred
- Experience working with Control Room functionality, including credential management, bot deployment, and queue management
- Experience integrating applications and services through APIs
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Python and/or Selenium experience is a plus
- Role is 100% remote within the United States
