Our client is a late stage health-tech SaaS and tech-enabled services organization. The organization (Business-Process-as-a-Service) helps insurance companies and healthcare providers ensure patients follow through on appointments and navigate the healthcare process efficiently.

Job Title: Chief Product Officer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote – EST or CST time zones preferred. Must be based in US and eligible to work for any US employer to be considered. No C2C or third-parties.

Required Technology and Skills:

10+ years professional product management experience, with 5+ years leadership experience
Demonstrated experience at VP or C-level product level
Expertise in healthcare – specifically in healthcare BPaaS (Healthcare business-process-as-a-service)
Deep knowledge of payer and provider landscape within healthcare
Experience working in high-growth start-up environment and ability to remain hands-on with product
Experience owning roadmap, portfolio of products, and P+L
Experience working closely with engineering, sales, compliance, finance, and executive leadership team
Recent experience driving product efficiencies through AI and delivering AI-enabled products

Additional Skills:

Recent VP or CPO level experience within a healthcare business-process-as-a-service organization
Expertise in healthcare / health-tech industry, and strong understanding of payer & provider market
Experience working in lean, scrappy environment – contributing to both leadership / product oversight while remaining hands-on in product management workflows
Degree in computer science, STEM, operations, or other relevant field

Compensation: $225,000 – $275,000 base salary (Based on experience) plus benefits and equity
