- 5+ years of product management experience within fintech, brokerage, trading, wealth management, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
- Proven experience owning customer-facing web and mobile products from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Strong ability to define product strategy, gather business requirements, and translate complex workflows into detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritization, backlogs, and cross-functional product delivery efforts.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
- Experience working across business, technology, compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams.
- Proficiency utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve product research, requirements gathering, analysis, workflow automation, and overall product development efficiency.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
- Experience building products within brokerage, trading, investing, wealth management, banking, or fintech organizations.
- Strong understanding of retail investing products, including equities, ETFs, options, or digital trading platforms.
- Experience delivering or managing mobile application initiatives.
- Familiarity with React Native environments and the mobile application development lifecycle.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Comfortable working with product metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Fully onsite position located in Flushing, Queens, NY.
