The Job
Talener is hiring a Manager of Client Services. This position is for an experienced sales or recruitment professional in New York City or Boston. You should be able to work on-site in either of these office locations. The right person for this position will have agency-side sales and recruitment experience or extensive internal technical recruitment experience. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the placement process, from business development through post-placement follow-up.
Core Competencies & Experience
- Completed a four-year college degree or equivalent sales experience
- 2+ years of proven sales or full-desk recruiting experience (agency-side preferred)
- Experience using social media tools for recruiting and business development
- The ability to commute to and willingness to work on-site in our New York City or Boston office
- Strong communication skills online and offline
- You are driven by metrics for performance to meet your recruiting and business development goals
- Detail-oriented: you understand the importance of data
The Offer
- Base Salary: $70,000- $80,000, based on experience
