Client: Fast-growing, PE-backed ecommerce company that specializes in selling healthcare products
Location: Remote (EST Hours)
Engagement: 3 month Contract with preference to extend through February

- Own paid media strategy and performance across Google, Meta, and TikTok, with a mandate to stand up new channels (starting with Reddit)
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews — monitoring trends and translating them into next-step actions
- Build and maintain reporting that triangulates across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Power BI — rather than relying on any single platform's numbers
- Bring full-funnel strategic thinking to the table — moving beyond tactical optimizations to bigger-picture channel and funnel strategy
- Partner with the ecommerce team on A/B testing and shared initiatives
- Meet weekly with leadership on performance, priorities, and next steps
- 3+ years of experience at the Director level in performance marketing, including people management
- Proven experience managing $1M+/month in paid media budgets
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads — able to speak fluently to platform mechanics, auction dynamics, and recent platform changes (e.g., bidding/budget updates, creative/algorithm shifts)
- Track record of standing up new advertising channels from scratch, with the ability to walk through that process in detail
- Ecommerce background required — direct experience marketing physical or digital products (not services-only)
- In-house/client-side background preferred — agency-only experience is not a fit
- Strategic mindset — comfortable setting full-funnel direction, not just executing tactical optimizations
- Experience running incrementality testing (e.g., geo-tests) and working with MMM
- Familiarity with Reddit or CTV advertising
- Industry awards or recognition
- Experience working with cross-functional ecommerce teams
