We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join a growing organization. This is a hybrid position based in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative B2B sales, a track record of generating new business, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.
 
Job Title: Account Executive (Ad Sales)
Location: Hybrid (New York City)
 
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
  • Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity records within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support successful client outcomes
 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account executive roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and driving opportunities through the sales process
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
 
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $110,000
  • Additional performance-based compensation available
