font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Strong backend engineering experience with Python as a primary language</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-based systems in production, including familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Strong understanding of modern cloud environments, particularly AWS</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Proven experience managing engineering teams (not solely as a technical lead)</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box;
