- 5-10 years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years of engineering management experience.
- Strong backend development experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Strong experience with AWS, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience building and scaling SaaS applications in either B2B or large-scale consumer environments.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Ability to remain hands-on with architecture, system design, and development (approximately 30% coding).
- Experience driving technical strategy, platform roadmap initiatives, and engineering best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore engineering teams.
- Experience scaling engineering organizations and hiring technical talent.
- Exposure to high-scale consumer or enterprise software platforms.
