• Design, implement, validate, and maintain HL7 and FHIR-based integrations between external EHR systems, healthcare organizations, and internal platforms
• Work extensively with an integration engine to develop and manage reliable healthcare data integrations and workflows
• Diagnose and resolve customer data and integration issues by analyzing data flows, integration processes, and database records to determine root cause
• Use SQL and other data analysis techniques to troubleshoot integration issues, validate data, and ensure accurate system behavior
• Collaborate directly with healthcare customers and vendors to understand integration requirements, resolve technical issues, and drive successful outcomes
• Lead technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating project status, issues, expectations, and required next steps
• Manage multiple integration projects and customer workstreams simultaneously while prioritizing the highest-impact initiatives
• Follow established runbooks, processes, and operational practices to enable consistent and scalable integration delivery
• Partner with engineering and other internal teams to continuously improve integration processes, service reliability, and the overall customer experience
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience authoring, validating, and maintaining HL7 and FHIR-based EHR integrations using an integration engine
• 2-3+ years of experience troubleshooting healthcare data and integration issues, including using SQL or databases to perform diagnostics and identify root cause
• Direct experience working with Rhapsody integration engine; experience with other healthcare integration engines is a plus
• Strong understanding of healthcare data integrations and the ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working directly with customers, vendors, or external technical teams to resolve integration issues and drive projects forward
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
Base Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 Base Salary + $10,0000 annual cash bonus
