Principal Technical Product Manager – SaaS / Health-tech

Our Client is a VC-backed B2B SaaS telehealth infrastructure and enablement platform. They help companies launch, operate, and scale digital healthcare and telehealth businesses without having to build all of the medical/pharmacy/compliance and software infrastructure themselves. 
 
Job Title: Senior/Principal Product Manager

Location:  Remote – must be based in US and eligible to work for any US employer. No sponsorship or C2C can be offered at this time.   

Job Type: Full-time

Required Skills & Technologies:

  • 7+ years professional SaaS product management experience
  • Expertise in leading product and being hands-on with both strategy and execution
  • Experience working in health-tech
  • Strong bias for action and Leading products 0 -> 1
  • Expertise in frontend product – driving consumer UX engagament, user flows, and building B2B tools
  • Expertise in UX and drafting UX designs for product requirements
  • Ability to lead meetings – setting agenda, objectives, driving conversation, tracking, and documenting
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced start-up environment autonomously

Additional skills: 

  • Masters/MBA or advanced degree in STEM or related field from a top university
  • Background/hands-on experience in UX
  • Health-tech
  • Experience managing various products simultaneously
 
Salary: +/- 225,000 – 300,000 base salary (based on experience), plus equity and 20% bonus
