font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Define quality strategy and test planning across the full software development lifecycle, partnering closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex software initiatives </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Design and execute scalable functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies across modern web applications and distributed systems </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks across UI, API, and backend layers, helping drive quality at scale throughout the organization</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Test AI-powered product functionality, including large language models (LLMs), agent-based workflows, and retrieval-augmented AI applications </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability, and edge-case scenarios across non-deterministic systems.</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Build and maintain evaluation frameworks, test datasets, and regression baselines to support the ongoing quality of AI-driven features </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Lead quality engineering efforts for major product initiatives, providing technical guidance and helping establish quality standards and best practices across teams </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Partner with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote a shift-left quality culture throughout the development process </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Leverage testing data, production insights, and risk-based approaches to continuously improve test coverage and overall product quality </div><br fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;"><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">Required Skills & Experience</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, or related testing disciplines</div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-powered applications, including agent workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar AI-enabled systems </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Strong understanding of AI evaluation methodologies, non-deterministic testing approaches, and quality frameworks for machine learning-enabled products </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Proven experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks using Playwright or similar modern automation tools </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or comparable object-oriented programming languages </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Strong experience with API testing, backend validation, and test data management </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Demonstrated ability to lead quality initiatives for complex software projects from strategy through execution </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;">· Experience working within Agile software development environments and supporting frequent release cycles </div><div fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: border-box; font-family: inherit;
