- Lead the design and implementation of marketing technology solutions that support customer data strategy, audience segmentation, and omni-channel personalization
- Develop scalable targeting and retargeting capabilities across digital channels, leveraging customer behavior and marketing data to improve engagement
- Architect and oversee Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives, including data ingestion, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and downstream activation
- Partner with data engineering and marketing teams to deliver real-time personalization strategies using behavioral, transactional, and customer profile data
- Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable MarTech solutions that support marketing performance and business growth
- 8+ years of experience in MarTech, marketing technology, customer data, digital marketing, or related technical leadership roles
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing automation platforms, or enterprise personalization technologies
- Strong understanding of customer data architecture, audience segmentation, data integration, and marketing analytics
- Experience working with modern cloud-based data platforms and technologies such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kafka, SQL, or similar data technologies
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, marketing, analytics, and product teams while driving complex technical initiatives from design through implementation
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $160,000
- Annual Bonus: Up to 10%
